I met Cipriano during the purchases of my home about a year ago. He told me up front that he was new to the real estate business, but not to buying and selling homes personally. I did have experience in the real estate business, but it was over 20 years ago in Northern IN. However, I have worked in the sales world for over 20 years. Cipriano did everything right! He worked diligently to find a suitable listing for me to see in person per my wants/needs. When we did see homes in person, he was always prepared: appointments made, arrived early, lights on, listing and comp information in hand, and respectful to the homeowners' property.

Two of the most impressive traits Cipriano has is that he was never pushy and extremely honest about his own opinion when asked. His opinion was as if he were buying it for himself. He is also very direct and level headed which is important for negotiating the contract. He was always responsive via texting or email, and if he couldn't be present, someone from his office was.

Almost 10 months later he helped me sell my prior home of 19 years. He made several trips over those months to advise me on preparing that house for sale and kept me apprised on the market movements and neighborhood comps. The buyer lived two houses away from mine and made his interest in my house known. Cipriano then acted as a limited agent representing both of us. He worked well with both sides of the contract to get us to closing.
